Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you return all items in your order within 14 days, we will refund the original shipping cost (standard delivery only). If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Returns must not be sent back without prior confirmation.

We do not accept returns on worn items, or gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
